Surapuk Jamjuntr aka “Kru Puk” is the founder of the Muay Thai Academy and the president of the World Muay Thai Council of America. Fighting under the name Vayupal Lookpalabodee, he amassed 65 wins against 12 losses and three draws. He has a 35-15 record in Western Boxing. His first fight was at 11 years old where he earned $1.50 for the win. He holds a degree in Physical Education from Thailand.

Kru Puk came to America in 1978 and is known as “The Godfather of Muay Thai.” He’s philosophy is to bring the best fighters from Thailand as instructors for the Muay Thai Academy.
